Susan’s Story: A Decade of Strength – Surviving Bladder Cancer
Susan’s bladder cancer journey began in 2012. Little did she know at the time that her journey would span over 10 years, 45 rounds of BCG, 39 Cystoscopies, 8 surgeries, 4 rounds of intravesical chemotherapy, a radical cystectomy, a nephrectomy and a hysterectomy.
In this episode, Susan reflects on how she navigated her various treatments, any side effects experienced, and how she was able to return to living life “normally”.
Interviewed by Summer Stewart, Susan’s story offers empowering advice on how to live life to the absolute fullest despite any challenges faced along the way.
